Use classical music to facilitate a connection with your inner resources, and to open creative pathways to dealing with challenging times.
Discover a form of self-exploration that uses classical music to facilitate a connection with our inner resources, and to open creative pathways to dealing with challenging times. Rooted in a Jungian perspective, The Bonny Method allows for understanding and releasing impediments to creative expression and problem solving. After a brief historical and philosophical overview of the method, we will move through the four stages of a GIM session: setting an intention, relaxing the body and focusing the mind, traveling on an inner journey evoked by selections of inspired classical music, and integrating the experience through drawing and discussion. No musical or artistic experience is necessary to participate.
