Mission Statement
“The Landing Theatre Company is dedicated to advancing American Theatre through the cultivation of extraordinary American playwriting and presenting American works that have significant artistic worth to our community, our culture and our history.”
The Landing Theatre Company is devoted exclusively to American playwriting,  Since its inception in 2010, its goal has been to positively impact American playwriting nationally and present productions of important American plays locally.  To date, the company has helped develop 22 new plays, while produced 17 full productions, including 6 world premieres and 12 original short plays, 4 commissions of new works, engaged over 800 artists, receiving 21 nominations for awards, and winning 10.
