Jung mused that our psychic life was located all throughout the body, and gave detailed talks on the concept of the “chakras”: centers of energetic psychic life located in the physical body. Come explore this internalized map of all of our psychic life – from our fears and survival instincts at the base of the spine, to our capacities for surrender and spiritual connection at the top of the head. In this weekend retreat, using meditation and movement, you will be invited to imagine wild animal companions for each of these centers, and create SoulCollage® cards that bring our imaginations to life.
